We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and use the Application on your Solana Mobile device
  • Access and interact with the Solana Network through the Application
  • Use the features and functionalities provided by the Application

3.1 Restrictions

You shall NOT:

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Remove any copyright notices or trademarks
  • Use the Application for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any local, national, or international laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Solana Network

4. Blockchain and Crypto Assets

4.1 No Custody

The Application is a non-custodial wallet/interface. We do NOT:

  • Store your private keys
  • Control your crypto assets
  • Have access to your funds

4.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your private keys and wallet credentials
  • Verifying all transactions before signing
  • Protecting your account from unauthorized access
  • Any losses due to human error, hacking, or fraud

4.3 Network Risks

Using the Solana Network involves risks including:

  • Network congestion or delays
  • Transaction failures
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Market volatility of crypto assets

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

The Application, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by:

  • Copyright laws
  • Trademark laws
  • Other intellectual property laws

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload through the Application. However, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Host and store your content
  • Display your content within the Application
  • Process your content for Application functionality

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including:

  • No warranty of merchantability

  • No warranty of non-infringement
  • No warranty that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free

6.2 Crypto Asset Disclaimer

  • Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value
  • We do NOT provide financial advice
  • Past performance does NOT guarantee future results
  • You should NOT invest more than you can afford to lose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of crypto assets or data
  • Business interruption or loss of profits
  • Damage arising from use of the Solana Network
  • Actions by third parties (including Solana Foundation)

Our total liability shall NOT exceed the amount you paid to use the Application (if any).

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms of Use
  • Illegal or unauthorized use
  • Any other reason at our discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time:

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting
  • You should review these terms periodically
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • The laws of the jurisdiction where we are established
  • Without regard to conflict of law principles

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
